فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَاَطَاعُوهُۜ اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْماً فَاسِق۪ينَ
Translation
So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allāh].
