يَٓا اَيُّهَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا لَا تُحَرِّمُوا طَيِّبَاتِ مَٓا اَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُواۜ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَد۪ينَ
Translation
O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allāh has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allāh does not like transgressors.

Müellif bu ayeti, 'ya'dune' kelimesinin Kur'an'da 'helal olanı haram etme' anlamında da kullanıldığını göstermek için delil olarak anmaktadır. Araf 7/163'te bu anlam da takdir edilebilirdi şeklinde yorumlamaktadır.
Sebt ayetlerin neredeyse hepsinde geçen ( يَعْدُونَ ) ibaresi, Kur'an'da bazı yerlerde Allah'ın koyduğu haram olarak belirlenmiş sınırları aşmak manasında, bazı yerlerde de helal olan bir şeyi haram etme şeklinde kullanılmıştır. (Maide 5/87 – Enam 6/119)Go to source
