ذٰلِكَ اَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرٰى بِظُلْمٍ وَاَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ
Translation
That is because your Lord would not destroy the cities for wrongdoing while their people were unaware.
