وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِنْ قَبْلُۜ اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ اَظْلَمَ وَاَطْغٰىۜ
Translation
And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing.
