اَفَاَنْتَ تُسْمِــعُ الصُّمَّ اَوْ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَمَنْ كَانَ ف۪ي ضَلَالٍ مُب۪ينٍ
Translation
Then will you make the deaf hear, [O Muḥammad], or guide the blind or he who is in clear error?
