اَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِۜ اَفَاَنْتَ تُنْقِذُ مَنْ فِي النَّارِۚ
Translation
Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?
