اَلَّذ۪ينَ كَانَتْ اَعْيُنُهُمْ ف۪ي غِطَٓاءٍ عَنْ ذِكْر۪ي وَكَانُوا لَا يَسْتَط۪يعُونَ سَمْعاً۟

Those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear.
